At Pawz A While, our team is made up of passionate individuals who share a deep love for Labrador Retrievers and a commitment to supporting young people through meaningful connections. Each member brings their own unique strengths, experience, and warmth to the programs we run.

👩‍💼 Tamaryn – Operations Manager

Tamaryn keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, managing admin and finance. Occasionally spotted assisting with school visits, she’s a devoted Labrador lover who believes the dogs do all the hard work—she just brings it all together.

📚 Anne – Senior Lead Facilitator

With over a decade in youth-at-risk work and Labrador training, Anne leads most of our southern programs. Her calm, knowledgeable presence creates safe spaces for young people to thrive. Off-duty, she’s happiest with a good book and a dog or two on her lap.

🌼 Annette – Lead Facilitator

With 30+ years of Labrador experience and a decade in youth support, Annette leads northern programs with grace and wisdom. Her downtime is spent tending to beautiful gardens, shared with her beloved dogs in peaceful companionship.

😊 Bianca – Facilitator

Bianca brings joy, energy, and charm to every session—alongside her equally lovable Labradors. Known for building lasting relationships with schools, she embodies the spirit of Pawz A While with her warmth, dedication, and ever-present smile.

🌞 Karen – Facilitator

Karen brings years of volunteer experience and a fresh perspective to the team. Owner of three Labradors, she’s passionate about connecting with young people and animals alike. Her ideal afternoon? Sunshine, Labradors, cats, and quiet joy.
